Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Lawton, OK is seeking CDL truck drivers for OTR runs across 27 states. Training lasts 4–6 weeks with a trainer, earning $800/week during training, then solo with a $1,000/week guaranteed for 3 months after solo dispatch.

Average weekly gross ranges from $1,200 to $1,800, with mileage pay that grows with experience and $15 stop pay plus a performance bonus. Home every 2–3 weeks and mostly drop-and-hook.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A and 21+ years old.
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in last 12 months or 12+ months in last 5 years.
• Military experience considered with DD214.
• Clean record: max 2 moving violations in 2 years; no major accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Train new drivers with an experienced trainer for 4–6 weeks.
• Drive on OTR routes across 27 states (Colorado east; no New England).
• Maintain home every 2–3 weeks and perform drop-and-hook duties.
• Earn mileage pay with stop pay; grow pay with experience; overtime possibly.
