Job summary

Performance Foodservice in the United States is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers between warehouse locations and turn around to deliver full trailers. You will operate tandem, tractor, or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes in compliance with DOT regulations.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday evenings, 6:00pm until finished, with pay between $60,000 and $70,000 per year plus benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more commercial driving experience.
• Must have CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• DOT regulations knowledge and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post trip safety checks per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Drive and deliver trailers per route schedule and ensure proper loading/locking of freight.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs as required.
