Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport trailers across intrastate and interstate routes, ensuring safety and DOT compliance. You will interact with customers and vendors, perform pre/post trip checks, and manage paperwork with a focus on timely deliveries.

The role requires a CDL A with Doubles, 21+ years old, and willingness to work a Sunday–Thursday night shift with potential redelivery duties. Competitive pay with benefits is provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 1 year or more commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Work third shift schedule, Sunday–Thursday nights.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure one.
• Able to hand-lift and use two-wheeler or lift gate for freight.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor, trailer and equipment and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company driving guidelines.
• Ensure route paperwork is ready for dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers according to schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
• Park and store tractor trailers in designated areas.
• Secure equipment and freight; manage damaged goods.
• Complete daily hours of service logs as required.
• Maintain housekeeping in tractors and docks; support team.
