Qualifications

• Must possess a class A CDL with double/triple, hazmat and tank endorsements.
• Must have 1 year of driving experience within the last 3 years or completion of FedEx Driver Development.
• Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and meet DOT requirements.
• LCV qualifications apply in listed states; follow related standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles/triples where applicable.
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections.
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate daily logs.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Follow dispatch instructions and communicate delays or issues.
• Load and unload freight as needed.
