Job summary

Starting pay includes per-mile and hourly components; candidates must have hazmat, double/triple endorsements and a clean MVR. Overnight travel may be required, with overnight stays possible.

Qualifications

• Must possess a class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with double/triple, hazardous materials and tank endorsements.
• Must have a valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting hiring standards.
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles/triples where applicable.
• Ability to hook/unhook trailers and handle heavy loads (approximately 100 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer combination between Service Centers and turn-points.
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections of equipment.
• Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and complete required documentation.
• Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and dispatch instructions.
• Load and unload freight as required and may be asked to perform related duties.
