Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking in Tupelo, MS is hiring for an entry-level CDL-A truck driver through our Mentor Program with no-touch freight. You’ll train with a mentor and earn the same 0.50 per mile as veterans, averaging about $1,300 to $1,400 weekly on 2,600–2,800 miles.

Starting pay is same for all at 2,000 safe miles, plus weekly incentives and tuition reimbursement. The program includes 7 days of onboarding, 10+ days with a mentor, and transition to your own truck with weekend resets and regular home

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a Class A CDL.
• Truck driving school completed within the last 12 months.
• Have not worked for another carrier after school.
• No more than 4 moving violations in 3 years; no DUI/DWI in 5 years.
• Pass urine drug screening and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding class with skills testing and added training if needed.
• Spend 10+ days out with an experienced mentor, driving 5+ hours daily.
• Drive solo in your own truck after training and earn on-route pay regularly.

Step by Step Training

• Automatic sleeper trucks averaging 1.5 years old
