PFG Customized in Kendallville, IN is seeking an entry level Driver Trainee to learn tractor-trailer deliveries across local routes. No prior experience is required, but a valid CDL-A license and ability to work a night schedule are essential.

This role offers a 4‑day work week, a sign-on bonus of $10,000, uniforms, boot allowance, and comprehensive benefits. You will complete safety checks, support deliveries, and grow into a full driver position while following DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• CDL A license required; no experience needed (entry level).
• Must be 21+ years old; clean MVR; pass post-offer drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card and valid licensing requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training.
• Drive to deliver orders per route schedule and unload items.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and comply with DOT regulations.
• Ensure freight is loaded securely and paperwork is accurate.
• Complete daily hours-of-service records and housekeeping duties.
