Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. in Bellevue, WA seeks a qualified therapist to deliver CBT and related therapies, under clinical leadership. You will supervise, monitor outcomes, document care, and contribute to treatment planning in a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, CBT experience, and relevant credentials. Training in CPR, NCI, and CBRF is provided on hire. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work or related field.
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) if in Addiction Recovery.
• CBT experience (12 months preferred) in clinical care, human services or education.
• Residential programs may require a current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services, including groups, per care standards under supervision.
• Participate in supervision, communicate patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Monitor intervention outcomes and adjust as advised by the clinical leader.
• Document services per regulations and payer expectations within medical records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams and assist in treatment planning.
• Communicate interventions and support needs to interdisciplinary teams.
• Offer training to direct care staff on CBT interventions.
• Provide parent or support-person training for CBT and behavioral plans.
• Ensure patient safety and facility safety.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling changes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of department processes and participate in committees as directed.
