Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Tampa, FL, seeks a qualified CBT-focused clinician to deliver services under clinical leadership. Typical schedule is 8:00am–4:30pm or 10:00am–6:30pm EST, Monday–Friday, with supervision and care planning across residential/inpatient programs.

You will document care, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, train staff, and support patient safety. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, Counselor-in-Training credential, CBT experience, and RCC/CBRF training on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for role.
• Valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) – required in Addiction Recovery programs.
• Relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience; 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups to patients under clinical standards and supervision.
• Participate in supervision sessions with Clinical leader and update on patient progress and care plans.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness using outcomes and adjust plans as needed in consultation with Clinical leader.
• Ensure documentation of mental health services meets regulations and payer expectations, including timely treatment plans and assessments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and communicate treatment needs to the team.
• Provide training support to direct care staff on CBT interventions and behavioral plans.
• Provide training to patient or family on CBT strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain patient safety and support staffing changes as needed.
