Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support CBT-based interventions within our PHP/IOP programs. You will assess behavior, design and implement individualized plans, train patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care plans.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, CBT experience, and appropriate credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent).
• Relevant Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT) experience (12 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services, including groups, per standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in consultation with the Clinical leader.
• Document services and outcomes per regulations and payer expectations.
• Participate in supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings; train staff as needed.
