Job summary

Qualifications

• CBT experience in clinical care or education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• SACI credential or state equivalent for Addiction Recovery programs; valid driver’s license for Residential programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services, including group sessions, under supervision.
• Communicate patient progress and adjust care plans with the clinical leader.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and document outcomes in the medical record.
• Complete documentation of treatment plans and psychosocial information per regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Train and support direct care staff in CBT techniques and interventions.
• Provide parent or support person training on CBT strategies.
• Ensure patient and facility safety; adapt staffing as needed.
• Complete required RCC/CBRF trainings on schedule.
