Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a Behavioral Specialist to support CBT interventions in PHP/IOP levels of care. You will assess behavior function, develop individualized plans, train staff, and monitor progress within an interdisciplinary team.

You will participate in supervision with the Clinical Leader, adjust care plans based on patient response, and ensure timely documentation of treatment plans and outcomes. Familiarity with DCRCBF/CBRS trainings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (human services, psychology, social work, or related field)
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent)
• Relevant CBT experience (12 months preferred)
• Driver’s license current and in good standing (Residential programs)

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT and other therapeutic services including groups, per clinical standards
• Participate in supervision and adjust care plans based on client progress
• Monitor interventions for effectiveness and document outcomes
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and psychosocial data per regulations
• Train and support other direct care staff in CBT interventions
• Provide parent/support person training on CBT strategies
• Maintain patient safety and adapt staffing as needed
• Attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
