You will collaborate with operations to plan and manage events, negotiate with clients, and ensure flawless execution of banquets and meetings, while mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to develop event plans for groups and events.
• Oversee events efforts and mentor team members to implement strategies.
• Grow client relationships through upselling and proactive service.
• Plan and manage all aspects of events from conception to completion.
• Ensure MCR Events SOPs are followed and documented.
• Maintain organized file management and trace daily activities.
• Identify business opportunities by monitoring market trends.
• Communicate clearly with guests and associates for directions and information.
• Improve customer service by acting on feedback.
