Azul Hospitality Group at Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs is seeking an Experienced Catering Sales Manager to develop new accounts, manage existing ones, and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will lead contract negotiations, coordinate event details, and build long-term relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and wedding parties, delivering a WOW guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and/or Catering in hospitality preferred.
• Strong negotiation and client-relations skills.
• Familiarity with event management and proposal creation.

Responsabilités

• Manage group and catering accounts to maximize business potential.
• Negotiate contracts that meet or exceed hotel revenue goals.
• Prepare and deliver on-site or field presentations to clients.
• Identify up-selling opportunities across F&B, room upgrades, AV, and spa services.
• Develop long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
• Coordinate wedding and event marketing, scheduling, and BEOs.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and maintain booking details.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure agreed services.
