Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Development to turn category insights into actionable plans that drive growth across Walmart and Strategic Growth Channel retailers. You will analyze data, prepare sales presentations, and coordinate cross-functional activities.

The role partners with Commercial Development Managers to support customer planning, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives, while contributing to forecast accuracy and selling capabilities across the

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

Develop 4P tactics by channel and customer, including brand objectives and growth drivers.
Support ad hoc reporting, sales presentations, and CAP development.
Analyze category, customer, and channel data to identify trends and insights.
Contribute insights to customers and provide feedback to field sales.
Communicate results to field teams to support execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage reports and insights.
Support forecast accuracy and sales performance targets.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and selling capabilities.
