Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 18+ months experience in retail sales or analytics.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven insights to support sales and category performance.
- Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and POS.
- Maintain category expertise within Nestlé's landscape.
- Create data visualizations and compelling sales narratives.
- Develop 4P reporting/tools for account teams.
- Pull data for ad hoc analysis from multiple sources.
