Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of brand management, marketing, or general management experience.
• Experience within CPG, consumer-focused brands, food & beverage, retail, or related industries preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into action.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Track record of delivering business results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-informed decision making.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Role is based at KDP headquarters in Frisco, TX with relocation to the Greater Dallas area and ~10-15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand and portfolio strategies defining long-term vision and growth priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning with investments and resource allocation.
• Partner with insights, communications, innovation, sales, and commercial teams on growth programs.
• Own integrated marketing strategies from development to execution and measurement.
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners to deliver campaigns and experiences.
• Champion growth initiatives and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels.
• Work with commercial and customer teams to drive performance and marketplace execution.
• Support and manage strategic partnerships aligning with brand objectives.
