Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Category Manager to support 7-Eleven and Regional Convenience East Coast customers from Frisco, TX. The role requires strong analytical skills to deliver category guidance and growth across beverage categories.

You will conduct high-quality analyses across multiple data sources, synthesize insights, and communicate recommendations to key customer decision makers, while collaborating with internal teams to drive retail actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of business experience in CPG with focus on category management, analytics or shopper insights.
• Background in Beverage Industry & 7‑Eleven preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with key contacts to position KDP as a preferred partner.
• Deliver integrated consumer, shopper, category and marketplace insights to guide strategic decisions and execution.
• Conduct robust analysis using various data sources to identify opportunities or challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to develop strategic and tactical solutions.
• Plan and execute planogram and assortment reviews.
• Provide category management reporting and trend analyses.
• Elevate analysis to translate insights into retail action.
