The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CPG category management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with IRI/Nielsen data, JDA Space Planning, and Tableau. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in CPG with focus on category management, analytics and/or shopper insights.
• Extensive syndicated data knowledge with IRI and/or Nielsen.
• Proficient in JDA Space Planning software and Tableau.
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written & presentation.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable category guidance.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate relationships with the Commercialization team.
• Deliver fully integrated category leadership based on insights and trends.
• Conduct robust analyses using research, category management capabilities, analytics tools and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customer-facing teams on opportunities.
• Assist in providing category management reporting, trend analysis and special projects.
• Translate analyses into retail action and serve as the category expert across teams.
