Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 5 years' CPG business experience with a focus on category management, analytics and shopper insights.
Experience in Beverage Industry & 7-Eleven preferred.
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written & presentation.
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong collaborative partnerships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver fully integrated consumer, shopper, category and marketplace insights and trends to guide strategic choices and tactical executions.
Conduct robust analysis using research, category management capabilities, analytical tools, and data visualization to identify and communicate business opportunities or challenges.
Collaborate with multiple internal cross‑functional teams and the customer to connect business opportunities and develop both strategic and tactical solutions.
Plan and execute planogram and assortment reviews.
Leverage critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to recognize and anticipate issues and opportunities by elevating analysis beyond reporting and translating insight into retail action.
Serve as the expert on all things category to cross‑functional team members.
