Nationwide is seeking a National Catastrophe (NATCAT) Field Claims Specialist II to support Personal Lines through on-site field work and catastrophe response. You will travel nationwide to inspect properties, assess damage, determine coverage, and manage claims end-to-end with precision and empathy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property claims experience.
• State licensing where required; claims certification courses.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect rooftops.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments.
• Investigate and resolve moderate to complex property claims from start to finish.
• Determine policy coverage and prepare estimates with Xactimate.
• Own the full lifecycle of claims including reserves.
• Collaborate with Special Investigations Unit and Subrogation.
