Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet customer needs and provide exemplary service.
• Knowledge of property estimating and automated claims systems.
• Ability to inspect properties physically and assess damage.
• Ability to lead less experienced claims associates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments.
• Investigate and resolve moderate to complex property claims.
• Determine policy coverage and prepare estimates with Xactimate.
• Own the full lifecycle of claims including reserving & documentation.
• Provide proactive updates to customers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Special Investigations Unit and Subrogation.
