Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Field Claims Specialist II for National Catastrophe Property - Personal Lines. This on-site role requires field inspections, on-call deployments, and travel to catastrophe zones.

You will manage the full lifecycle of property claims, from initial assessment to resolution, including reserves and subrogation where applicable. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property claims experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and strong communication skills

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of related property claims experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment with flexible schedules and extended hours preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments in catastrophe zones.
• Investigate and resolve moderate to complex property claims from start to finish.
• Determine policy coverages and prepare estimates using Xactimate.
• Own the full lifecycle of claims, including reserves and documentation.
• Partner with Special Investigations and Subrogation as needed.
• Maintain compliance and provide timely resolutions to customers.
