Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) in Rogers, AR to support day-to-day health of CP G clients on Amazon. You will manage catalogs, fix issues, and drive availability in Seller and Vendor Central.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years catalog experience on Amazon platforms, strong Excel skills, and a sharp eye for accuracy to ensure listings are live and error-free.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience supporting CPG/FMCG brands preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manipulate large catalog data.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot Amazon support issues via Seller and Vendor Support.
• Manage flat files and catalog updates to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate content updates including images and A+ content.
• Monitor availability, inventory, and resolve stock issues with client teams.
• Produce weekly status reports and support Sales enablement.
