VML, a global creative company, seeks a Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team. This hands-on role ensures flawless Amazon catalogs, optimal stock, and swift resolution of platform issues for CPG clients.

You will operate within Vendor Central and Seller Central, manage flat files, content updates, and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates, collaborating with Media and Strategy teams to support campaigns.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
• Agency experience with CPG/FMCG brands preferred.
• Technical knowledge of Amazon inventory templates and category templates.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

Mansioni

• Manage catalog health in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Perform flat file uploads and catalog updates.
• Coordinate content updates including images, videos, and A+ content.
• Conduct A/B tests for product titles, images, and A+ content to improve CVR.
• Collaborate with internal Media and Strategy teams to ensure ASINs are ready for campaigns.
