WPP Enterprise Solutions in Rogers, AR seeks a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to own the day-to-day health of our clients' Amazon catalogs. You'll ensure stock, fix glitches, and manage tickets inside Vendor Central and Seller Central to support retail success.

You will tackle catalog errors, optimize content, coordinate flat files, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep ASINs market-ready for campaigns.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Agency experience supporting CPG/FMCG brands preferred.
• Technical Amazon Expertise: knowledge of inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing system.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) for large data sets.
• Problem-solving mentality and high attention to detail to ensure listings are accurate before going live.

Mansioni

• Ticket resolution & troubleshooting for Amazon platforms.
• Case management: manage and follow up on Seller Support, Vendor Support, and Brand Registry tickets.
• Resolve catalog errors (e.g., Error 5665, Error 8541, stranded inventory, merged ASIN issues).
• Monitor Account Health dashboards and resolve listing suppressions and related issues.
• Catalog & content management, including flat file uploads and mapping backend attributes.
• Content execution: update product imagery, videos, and A+ content; coordinate assets.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, images, and A+ content to optimize CVR.
• Support availability and inventory: monitor stock levels and flag PO issues or shipment discrepancies.
• Dispute management: address operational chargebacks and shortages to protect profitability.
• Walk-the-store digital shelf audits and provide clients with real-time health readouts.
• Support sales enablement with status reports and catalog health updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ASINs are ready before campaigns launch.
