WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Tactical Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to ensure catalog accuracy, stock health, and swift issue resolution for CPG clients on Amazon. You will manage Seller/Vendor tickets, update content, and optimize listings to maximize CVR.

You will live inside Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, coordinating with client teams and internal Media/Strategy to prep ASINs for campaigns. Strong Excel and problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P). Agency experience with CPG/FMCG preferred.
• Technical Amazon expertise: inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships and ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-columns) to manipulate large catalog datasets.
• Problem-solving mindset: persistence beyond the first
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy of listings.

Mansioni

• Case management: lead Amazon support tickets via Seller/Vendor Support and Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog errors (e.g., 5665, 8541, stranded inventory, merged ASINs, hijackings).
• Monitor Account Health and resolve listing suppressions and related issues immediately.
• Flat file mastery: create/upload bulk inventory files to update catalogs and map attributes.
• Execute daily content updates and upload visual assets (images, videos, A+ content).
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, images, and A+ content to optimize CVR.
• Monitor in-stock metrics and flag PO/shipment issues with supply chain.
• Assist in identifying and disputing chargebacks and shortages.
• Conduct digital shelf diagnostics and provide reports on PDP accuracy and visibility.
• Provide weekly status reports and ticket updates to sales managers.
• Collaborate with media/strategy teams to prep ASINs for campaigns.
