Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York is seeking a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to own the day-to-day health of our clients' Amazon catalogs. You'll work inside Vendor Central and Seller Central to implement content changes, manage flat files, and resolve glitches quickly.

The role emphasizes meticulous catalog accuracy, stock availability, and collaboration with client teams and internal partners to support sales campaigns and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P).
• Strong technical knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, and variation relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns) to manipulate large catalog data sets.
• Problem-solving mindset with grit to elevate and resolve Amazon support issues.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are accurate and live-ready.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting for Amazon platforms.
• Case Management: manage, submit, and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Error Resolution: fix complex catalog errors (e.g., ASIN issues, stranded inventory).
• Compliance: monitor health dashboards and resolve listing suppressions and errors.
• Catalog & Content Management: manage bulk updates and backend mappings.
• Flat File Mastery: create and upload bulk inventory files and family variations.
• Content Execution: update product images, videos, and A+ content.
• A/B Testing Execution: set up tests for titles, images, and content.
• Availability & Inventory Support: monitor stock, loss of Buy Box, and PO issues.
• Dispute Management: assist with chargebacks and shortage claims.
• Client & Team Support: provide weekly status reports and health readouts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Media & Strategy for campaign readiness.
