Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to own daily catalog health for CPGB brands on Amazon. You will work inside Vendor Central and Seller Central to implement content changes, manage flat files, and resolve tickets to drive immediate retail success.

The role emphasizes catalog accuracy, stock availability, and rapid issue resolution. A strong Excel skillset and experience with Amazon's templates are required for success in this

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) or Seller Central (3P). Agency experience with CPG/FMCG preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, Text-to-Columns).
• Strong problem-solving mentality and persistence to resolve vendor issues with Amazon support.
• Extreme attention to detail to ensure listings are accurate, mapped correctly, and live without errors.
• Hands-on, tactical role focused on daily operational health of client catalogs on Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Resolution & Troubleshooting for Amazon platform issues.
• Case Management as primary contact for submitting and following up on Seller/Vendor Support and Brand Registry tickets.
• Resolve complex catalog errors (e.g., 5665/8541, stranded inventory, ASIN problems, brand hijackings).
• Monitor Account Health dashboards; resolve listing suppressions and search issues.
• Create and upload bulk inventory files (flat files/NIS) for catalog-wide updates and variation mapping.
• Coordinate visual asset uploads and A+ content updates; manage day-to-day content changes.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests for titles, main images, and A+ content to optimize CVR.
