Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Seattle is seeking a highly tactical Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to own day-to-day eCommerce health for CPG brands on Amazon. You will ensure catalog accuracy, in-stock conditions, and swift resolution of platform issues within Vendor Central and Seller Central.

The role emphasizes hands-on catalog updates, flat-file management, A/B testing for titles and images, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support retail campaigns

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing catalogs in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and/or Amazon Seller Central (3P). Prior agency experience with CPG/FMCG preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon inventory templates, category templates, variation relationships, and the Amazon ticketing ecosystem.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CONCATENATE, Text-to-Columns) to manipulate large catalog data.
• Strong problem-solving mentality and persistence to drive resolution with Amazon Support.
• Extreme attention to detail ensuring listings are accurate, properly mapped, and visually cohesive before going live.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon support tickets and act as primary contact for submissions and follow-ups.
• Troubleshoot catalog errors, pricing issues, and brand hijackings.
• Monitor account health and resolve listing suppressions and related issues.
• Create, manage, and upload bulk inventory files (flat files) and map product attributes.
• Execute content updates including images and A+ Content.
• Set up, monitor, and report on A/B tests to optimize CVR.
• Monitor stock levels and flag PO issues with client teams.
• Dispute chargebacks and shortage claims to protect profitability.
• Conduct digital shelf audits and provide tactical reports to clients.
• Provide weekly operational status updates to client teams.
