Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions, through VML, seeks a hands-on Specialist, Retail Management Services (Amazon Operations) to join our retail execution team in New York. You will be the operational backbone for clients' eCommerce and Sales teams, ensuring Amazon catalog accuracy, stock, and swift issue resolution.

Live inside Vendor Central and Seller Central, executing content updates, flat-file management, and support tickets to drive immediate retail success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years catalog management on Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for catalog accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets and troubleshoot Amazon issues.
• Manage catalog content updates and flat-file uploads.
• Monitor inventory and flag PO issues with client teams.
• Support audits and reports on PDP accuracy and share of search.
