Just Cats Clinic in Reston, VA seeks a dependable Client Care Specialist / Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for clients and their feline patients. You will greet clients, manage calls and emails, and help with scheduling and payments to ensure a calm, feline-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in veterinary front desk roles, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary practice experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic demeanor.
• Outstanding multitasking ability in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable handling and interacting around cats of diverse temperaments.
• Commuting or relocating to Reston, VA 20190 prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their feline companions warmly upon arrival; facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage multi-line phone calls, respond to client emails, and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Process payments, update electronic medical records, and triage urgent inquiries for medical staff.
• Coordinate prescription refill requests and relay veterinarian messages to clients accurately.
• Maintain a serene, clean, and organized feline-only lobby and reception area.
