The Cat Clinic, part of Destination Pet, seeks an experienced Client Service Representative to welcome clients and manage a busy front desk. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records while providing empathetic, pet-focused service.

This full-time role offers health benefits, 401K, dailyPay access, and discounts on veterinary services. Availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–6:15pm for 30–40 hours per week is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare client service preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and practice management software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly with accurate information.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client flow.
• Process payments and maintain precise client records.
