Qualifications

• Veterinary receptionist experience preferred, but training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their feline family members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Create a calm and positive experience for cats and their people from arrival to departure
• Answer phones and communicate confidently with clients about appointments and services
• Coordinate with the veterinary team to keep appointments and patient flow running smoothly
• Communicate important information clearly and compassionately
• Maintain a polished, organized reception area
• Learn about feline medicine and our practice philosophy to confidently represent our care
• Contribute ideas to improve client and patient experience
• Help raise the bar for what clients should expect from a feline veterinary practice
