Job summary

Cat Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Care Representative to be the friendly face of the practice and set the tone for each client’s experience. You will guide pet parents through appointments and ensure smooth operations at the reception.

In this front-line role, you will greet clients, manage multi-line calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while upholding a calm, compassionate environment for feline care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• At least two years of customer service experience in an animal hospital.
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and protocols.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, making them feel welcome from the first contact.
• Manage multi-line phone systems and accurately document information.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; handle check-ins/check-outs with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to notify arrival of patients and maintain accurate patient files.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
