Job summary

MCSG Technologies is seeking a Functional Analyst II to diagnose, research, and resolve issues in the CASTLE Time and Attendance software for FAA and related agencies. This role serves as the primary functional resource for complex functional problems, including leave administration, labor distribution, telework, and work schedules, at the DOT/FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Experience providing functional help desk support for complex software.
• Experience troubleshooting time and attendance, leave administration, and related areas.
• Experience analyzing system issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Experience requirements analysis, report design, development, and maintenance.
• Experience software testing and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with ISO standards and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional help desk support for issues escalated from Tier 1.
• Troubleshoot tickets using system documentation and change request process.
• Analyze and resolve complex CASTLE T&A issues.
• Develop and maintain CASTLE reports; assist with design and modifications.
• Perform testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation of resolutions and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to support users.
• Participate in project reviews, walkthroughs, and team meetings.
• Provide status updates to leadership on projects and issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAA standards and ISO requirements.
