Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, or an associate degree in accounting or business, is preferred.
• Minimum four years’ experience in high-level administrative support including budgeting and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review regulations, publications, directives, and plans to ensure compliance within the FAALC.
• Coordinate operating procedures with affected activities and monitor their incorporation into FAALC handbooks and orders.
• Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and report on FAALC work activities of assigned projects.
• Assist with development of project workflows, work breakdown schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and performance measures.
• Maintain and update automated systems for tracking obligations and expenditures of funds; monitor budget status.
• Document project stakeholder expectations and report impacts to cost, performance, or schedule.
• Provide guidance on topics, evaluate budget actual vs. spend, and analyze reports to meet targets.
• Develop variance information and cost, schedule, and performance forecasts; manage schedules and budgets; produce reports.
• Develop metrics to measure cost, schedule, and performance factors for management and program functions.
• Develop improved methods for identifying resource requirements and reporting improvements in operations.
