Job summary

SAIC in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a CASTLE Time and Attendance (T&A) support specialist to diagnose, research, and resolve system issues. The role provides functional help desk support for the Time Collection System for FAA and DOT clients.

You will analyze complex functional problems, coordinate testing, maintain documentation, and work with cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s or associate degree and 4 years of related experience are required, plus NAC for public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 4 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• 3+ years in a relevant functional area (e.g., accounting, HR, logistics).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust NAC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional help desk support for CASTLE T&A issues escalated from Tier 1.
• Troubleshoot tickets and analyze complex functional issues.
• Plan, analyze requirements, design and maintain CASTLE reports.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation of resolutions and knowledge transfer.
• Operate in compliance with FAA ISO procedures.
