Aristocrat in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Class II ASCC2 Systems Support Analyst I to help ensure 24/7 operational stability of enterprise systems. You will create service tickets, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with field personnel to resolve incidents quickly.

This frontline role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to regulatory and security requirements, including Tribal Gaming

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years in IT or related field.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license where required.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise systems, networks, and applications to maintain availability.
• Respond to incidents and service requests with prioritized, timely resolution.
• Create, update, and manage service tickets with accurate documentation.
• Remotely troubleshoot servers and network infrastructure.
• Coordinate incident response, escalation, and communication.
• Follow incident management procedures to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering, field technicians, and teams to improve reliability.
• Support scheduled jobs, configurations, upgrades, and documentation.
