Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking an Application Analyst to act as the primary administrator and technical expert for the timekeeping and scheduling system. You will ensure pay practices accuracy, collaborate with HR and Payroll, and train end-users to improve workflow and compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/healthcare and hands-on experience with time and attendance software, Excel (intermediate), SQL, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a Health Care related field.
• Experience configuring time and attendance software (e.g., Pay rules, overtime rules, scheduling, shift patterns).
• Excel experience at an intermediate level; SQL experience; reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• System configuration and optimization for timekeeping/scheduling; manage access and changes.
• Generate historical data trends and monthly compliance reports.
• Provide end-user training and enterprise-wide support.
