Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a recruiter to identify and place qualified candidates for openings across the property. You will manage the applicant tracking system, screen applicants, and support the hiring process from screening to onboarding.

The role involves sourcing via community partners, staffing events, and coordinating with hiring managers. Strong interviewing, communication, and compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or HR certifications preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple openings and manage staffing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify qualified candidates for job openings across the property.
• Manage ATS job requisitions and screening processes.
• Source candidates through community partnerships, events, and job fairs.
• Train hiring managers on ATS usage, job descriptions, and interview processes.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to select suitable candidates.
• Assist with onboarding, licensing appointments, and new hire forms.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission guidelines and I-9 requirements.
• Communicate status and start dates with hiring managers.
• Adhere to Native American preference policy in staffing.
