Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking an Outbound Calling Sales Specialist to drive revenue and customer engagement. You will proactively reach out to customers, promote casino services, and help with hotel, dining, spa, and event reservations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in telemarketing or contact marketing preferred, or equivalent education/experience in casino or hotel industry.
• 2+ years of customer care experience preferred.
• Experience in casino/hotel environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote casino services and offerings via outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Assist customers in making reservations for hotel stays, dining, spa, and events.
• Explain promotions and property amenities based on customer interests.
• Maintain accurate contact and reservation data across systems.
• Meet or exceed call and reservations targets.
