Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking an experienced Recruiter to identify and place qualified candidates for openings across the property. You will manage multiple vacancies, source talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the interview and onboarding process.

The role requires 2+ years of HR/recruiting experience, Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with iCIMS. A fast-paced casino environment may involve shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of human resources experience.
• Minimum of three months of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and place qualified candidates for openings across the property.
• Source candidates and build relationships with community partners and events.
• Train hiring managers on ATS usage, job descriptions, and interviewing processes.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to ensure suitable candidates.
• Assist with onboarding, licensing appointments, and new hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with gaming licensing, I-9, and other mandated requirements.
