Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Indiana seeks an Human Resources Specialist to provide general HR support, handle administrative duties, and assist with a range of HR functions. You will help with recruitment processes, employee events, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities include supporting the ATS/HRIS, conducting screenings, processing new hire paperwork, and assisting with term transactions.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in HR or a related role.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist HR with assigned projects and events.
• Provide guidance to applicants, team members, and leadership as needed.
• Assist HR with ATS/HRIS tasks: screening, new hire paperwork, term transactions, letters, and badge updates.
• Support HR operations after normal business hours when needed.
• Complete weekly term report audits.
• Coordinate TM events and renewal processes.
• Administer exit and stay interviews and report findings.
