Job summary

Reporting to the Director - Talent Management, you will lead a portfolio of initiatives, drive change-management plans, and collaborate with Learning, Compensation, HRIS, and Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including talent management.
• Experience across performance, succession, analytics, or job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent programs across properties, aligning with enterprise strategy.
• Manage end-to-end talent initiatives with planning, launch, and evaluation.
• Oversee performance review cycles and calibration activities.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development actions.
• Provide executive insights via dashboards and workforce data.
