Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking an experienced Recruiter to identify and place qualified candidates across the property. You will manage the ATS, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews, onboarding, and licensing processes.

Role requires working with multiple departments, adhering to Gaming Commission guidelines and I-9 rules, and supporting preferences for Native American candidates. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two (2) years of human resource experience.
• Minimum of three months of high volume exempt/non-exempt recruiting experience.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master's degree or HR certifications preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS.

Aufgaben

• Identify and place qualified candidates into existing job openings across the property.
• Source candidates through community partners and hiring events.
• Train hiring managers on ATS usage, job descriptions, and interview processes.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to select suitable candidates.
• Assist with onboarding, including licensing appointments and new hire forms.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission guidelines and I-9 requirements.
• Communicate status with hiring managers and coordinate start dates.
• Ensure orientation attendance and respect Native American preference policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent guest service.
