Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to identify and place qualified candidates across the property. You will manage ATS tasks, source candidates, and coordinate hiring events while supporting hiring managers throughout the interview and onboarding process.

You will ensure I-9 compliance and background checks, and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience required.
• Minimum 3 months of high-volume exempt/non-exempt recruiting experience, preferably in the service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing applicant tracking system (ATS) tasks: building job requisitions, screening applications, and drafting screening questions.
• Sourcing candidates and coordinating with community partners, events, job fairs, and related activities.
• Training hiring managers on ATS use, job descriptions, and hiring processes.
• Conducting pre-screen interviews to identify suitable candidates.
• Assisting with new hire processing including scheduling gaming licensing and orientation.
• Ensuring I-9 compliance and handling confidential information with discretion.
