Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and 3+ years supervisory or above experience in a high-volume complex casino, hotel or public arena environment.
• Must have excellent PC, planning and organizational, communication and delegation skills.
• Must be able to formulate and communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates Cedar Crossing culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures and policy.
• Ensures compliance with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations.
• Responsible for creating and fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
• Assists in hiring, motivating, training, coaching, mentoring, and directing staff to ensure leadership, guidance, and resources to accomplish objectives.
• Establishes department standards, guidelines and objectives, and maintains budget and staffing to ensure proper planning and efficient operation.
