Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years supervisory experience in a high-volume environment.
• One year of slot position experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct supervision of slot technology operations.
• Ensure slot machines are inspected, maintained, and repaired as needed.
• Oversee proper functioning of all gaming machines for guest play.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Train technicians on preventive maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Report shift activity and coordinate with other shifts.
