Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Security Shift Manager to supervise on-duty security and tribal public safety personnel, ensuring safety for guests, citizens, and employees. This role will oversee emergencies, investigations, and daily reporting while maintaining strict compliance with policies.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of casino security experience, plus firearm certification within six months of hire and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ security experience or equivalent combination.
• Casino/tribal security experience preferred.
• Firearm certification within 6 months of hire and maintain annual certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Supervisors, tribal/public safety officers, dispatch personnel.
• Proactively recognize and manage emergency situations and evacuations.
• Conduct investigations and oversee criminal and employee concerns.
• Train, mentor and develop security staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Review security reports and maintain data analytics from daily activity logs.
